Varda College, Chala is managed by Varda Seva Samiti, Neem Ka Thana.

Varda Seva Samiti is a society (Not-for-Profit) registered with Registrar Societies, Sikar under Rajasthan Societies Registration Act, 1958 (Act No. 28,1958) vide Registration No. 204/ Sikar/2006-07,on 21 Dec.2006.

About Society

The Aims & Objectives.

The aims and objectives to be pursued by the society are (after amendment):

  1. To promote and uplift the spiritual, physical, mental, educational development of adults and children of all ages irrespective of religion, caste, race, colour, region, gender, and political background and to work in the interest of mankind.

  2. To aid or to establish or to take measures for the imparting or promotion of education in art, science, or any other field of education.

  3. To spread awareness for the removal of social evils, stereotypes, to help or promote the poor or weaker sections of the society to overcome any of these evils.

  4. To establish, take possession or co-operate with any society, school for physical, mental, spiritual, educational development, upliftment of intelligence or its development.

  5. To establish any home, society or society for the welfare, maintenance, and development of orphans of any community or society.

  6. To establish, run and manage Technical (Engineering, Polytechnic, Industrial Training Institute, Vocational Training Centre, etc.), Health, Nursing, Pharmacy, Management, Teacher Training, Animal Husbandry, Agricultural Science, Higher Education, Physical Education, Art, Music, Computer, Skill Development Courses/ programs and other Vocational Training Institutions.

  7. To arrange and conduct various types of child welfare programs and activities.

  8. To take effective but tactful legal steps for the eradication of social evils like dowry system, wastage of money in various functions, drug use, child marriage, and child labour etc.

  9. To undertake, establish, promote/ assist various community development programmes/activities and to establish and develop Community Homes, Toilets, Hospitals, Libraries, and Other Buildings, Institutions for the use and welfare of the general public.

  10. To open, establish, maintain and support shelters and other institutions to help the poor, needy, abandoned, widows, and destitute of all religions and communities.

  11. Providing or printing educational materials and opening libraries and reading rooms.

  12. To grant scholarships/ aids, allowances or gratuity to the handicapped, poor, helpless, and needy students, continuously or temporarily, for such time as may be considered appropriate and necessary.

  13. To organize academic meetings, camps, workshops, seminars, excursions etc.

  14. To organize training programs to promote self-employment and to establish and operate the institute for this purpose.

  15. To provide education based on human values, by which young generation can be full of patriotism, is well developed physically, mentally, intellectually, and spiritually.

  16. To encourage talented players and organize various types of games & sports competitions from time to time.

  17. To identify health-related problems and to provide proper medical facilities.

  18. To arrange and make arrangements for medicines and other aids for the life of such needy persons who are otherwise incapacitated or handicapped or mentally or physically weak and the financial upliftment of any person belonging to the poor class.

  19. Promoting all kinds of activities related to Tree Plantation, use of Non-conventional Energy Resources, Water and Environment Conservation.

  20. Initiating, maintaining and cooperating in areas which have been or have been affected by natural calamities such as famine, fire, flood, earthquake etc.

  21. To arrange all the activities for the improvement of the moral standard of the people, respect for all religions and promote brotherhood, co-operation, mutual goodwill, love, attachment and cordial spirit among human beings without distinction of religion, caste, race, colour, region, gender or political background.

  22. To do all such activities which are helpful in the social, educational, cultural, and economic development of the society and the general public.

  23. To do agricultural and agriculture-related work using state-of-the-art technology, so that the quantity and quality of production can be increased and marketing, processing, storage etc. can be improved. To purchase or acquisition of land and develop it for agricultural purposes.

  24. To provide training to farmers for the promotion of agriculture, so that efforts can be made to protect and increase production and prevent land degradation and promote private and private sector in agriculture by promoting plantation, horticulture, animal husbandry, poultry, dairy business. To work on a cooperative basis and to promote first, second, third and fourth businesses related to these.

  25. To provide residential facility to the general public, Society Members and Employees of the institution(s) run by the society. For this purpose, to purchase, acquire land or building for residential purpose in the name of the society or the society run by the society and to construct, modify, maintain, sell, lease, mortgage

  26. To establish and operate educational institutions for providing facilities of distance education.

  27. To get financial assistance and to acquire movable and immovable property in the fulfilment of the above objectives.

  28. All activities and services of the Society shall be dedicated to the society as a whole without any discrimination of religion, caste, race, colour, region, gender, and political background.
